Clara's Swift Copper Bracelet

There's a kind of motion that doesn't need to go anywhere it just moves because that's its nature. That's what I thought of the first time I bundled these wires together. Swift felt right the moment I saw how the strands caught the light.

I gather eight fine copper wires by hand, alternating a few smooth and a few hand-textured with a diamond-cut pattern, then bind them side by side so they hold their shape as one band. Each end gets its own coiled wrap before I set the rounded cap that part alone takes longer than people expect.

Copper's been worn close to the skin for thousands of years, long before anyone called it wellness. People come back to it the way they come back to something that's simply always worked for them.

I hope this one moves with you the way it moved for me through ordinary days, into whatever comes next. It's looking for the wrist that's ready for it.

Material: 99.9% Pure Copper

Pure copper is not magnetic, so a magnet will not stick to it. It has a warm, rosy color that slowly darkens into a natural patina, and it can always be polished back to its original shine.

Every Clara's Copper piece is 99.9% solid copper — never plated, never coated.

Copper naturally darkens over time. To bring back the shine, rub gently with a little lemon juice and salt (or a copper polishing cloth), rinse and dry completely.
